My client, a country pub and restaurant in West Sussex, is currently looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join their team.
The venue is very well known for its fresh home cooked food, real ales, hand picked wines and genuine hospitality.
Its a hard and fast paced kitchen and the successful candidate will come from a fresh food background, have a positive attitude and be a good man manager.
The salary for the Senior Sous Chef is circa £35,000 plus tips.
Live in is an option in the staff house.
