Position Overview
As the Senior Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the kitchen, working closely with theesteemed Head Chef to create innovative, high-quality dishes that reflect the commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in menu development, recipe creation, and daily kitchen operations.

- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Step in for the Head Chef when needed, maintaining kitchen operations and leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant or hotel environment.
