We are recruiting for Sales Executives at all stages in their careers. The day-to-day role involves calling customers who have recently enquired about selling their cars, or answering inbound calls from the same customers. You will run through the condition of the vehicle with the customer, then offer them the best solution for their circumstances (using our network of buyers) and book the car in for collection.

Best of all, we pay our advisors a commission for the vehicles that they book in, meaning that you can significantly increase your monthly earnings, whilst providing a valuable service to our customers.

When your car goes wrong and its time to say goodbye, its not viable for part-exchange and it just needs to go, what now?..This is where we step in to provide a seamless solution to the problem sitting on your driveway. We buy cars and we do it in volumeand we do it extremely well!

Calling back our incoming, hot customer leads enquiring for a price, we provide empathy, fact finding with a verbal car appraisal of condition and known mechanical faults (full training given) the system then generates a guide and maximum price and you have autonomy to negotiate to purchase the vehicle and close the deal!

We are growing rapidly and are recruiting for both our Chichester and Portchester offices. We are keen to speak to both experienced and inexperienced people who want to work for a company that really values every individual that works here and just loves paying commission for great performance!

Salary £25k uncapped commission (overtime always available by choice) Realistic Year 1 OTE of £45,000 - £50,000, rising to a Year 2 OTE of £70,000 or more. Our top earners are reaching £70k plus easily and wed love you to join them!

You will work a Monday to Friday weekly shift pattern alongside your team, one week of 8.00- 16.30, then 2 weeks of 9.30-18.00 and then one week of 11.30-20,00. One Saturday 9.00-17.00 per month and one Sunday 9.00-17.00 per month, following a worked weekend day, you get a half day on Friday the following week.
