Main Scope of the Role

Continuously evaluate supplier partners and implement improvements

Manage category development meetings

Provide insights and action plans for supplier management

Track category performance and enhance supplier relationships

Execute strategies maximising member value

Develop own branded propositions

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and IT


Measures of Success

Progress against KPIs

New supplier management

Proactive execution of structured supplier management meetings

Collaborating effectively with teams across the business

Positive feedback from members regarding category development


Personal Specification

Experience of purchasing, commercial, procurement, category management or supply chain roles

Deep understanding of supply chain management and procurement best practices

Strong Analytical & Multitasking skills
