You will be responsible for all offline and online marketing activities, including reporting on performance and managing a small team.

Description

  • Contribute and execute the company's long-term plan and vision
  • Oversee all offline activities including branding, PR, events and advertising
  • Responsible for all online activities including content, CEX, SEO, paid, display and social platforms
  • Ensure campaign optimisation across all channels continually evaluating performance and seeking optimal results
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends whilst monitoring all markets
  • Create and manage all third party partner relationships
  • Manage and improve retention activities including the Loyalty Programme, Referral Scheme and Affiliates
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Sales to enhance the online UX and improve conversion rates
  • Manage the marketing budget allocating spent appropriately
  • Manage a small team of in-house and external subject specialists ensuring they meet commercial objectives.

Profile

  • 4+ years in a similar role working in retail or leisure sectors

  • Strong commercial acumen and a strategic, solution-led mindset

  • Well versed in managing and executing offline and online campaigns
  • Excellent analytic and reporting skills
  • Good digital technical knowledge across eCommerce, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing and Social Media
  • Experience in branding, events and PR including dealing with Press
  • A self-starter innovative in thought and process
  • Experience in managing budgets and being creative with spend
  • Able to delegate and manage in-house and external subject specialists
