Description
- Contribute and execute the company's long-term plan and vision
- Oversee all offline activities including branding, PR, events and advertising
- Responsible for all online activities including content, CEX, SEO, paid, display and social platforms
- Ensure campaign optimisation across all channels continually evaluating performance and seeking optimal results
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends whilst monitoring all markets
- Create and manage all third party partner relationships
- Manage and improve retention activities including the Loyalty Programme, Referral Scheme and Affiliates
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Sales to enhance the online UX and improve conversion rates
- Manage the marketing budget allocating spent appropriately
- Manage a small team of in-house and external subject specialists ensuring they meet commercial objectives.
Profile
-
4+ years in a similar role working in retail or leisure sectors

Strong commercial acumen and a strategic, solution-led mindset
- Well versed in managing and executing offline and online campaigns
- Excellent analytic and reporting skills
- Good digital technical knowledge across eCommerce, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing and Social Media
- Experience in branding, events and PR including dealing with Press
- A self-starter innovative in thought and process
- Experience in managing budgets and being creative with spend
- Able to delegate and manage in-house and external subject specialists
