My client is looking for a dynamic and innovative candidate to join their rapidly growing company. They are looking for a strong Business Development Manager to help grow the business and reap the rewards.

As a Sales Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.

The Role: Business Development Manager

The Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Location: Worthing

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 plus comms

Job role

  • Prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
