The successful candidate will lead a small team and be able to influence key decision makers.

Description

The successful Loyalty Performance Manager will be responsible for;

  • Developing and implementing the comprehensive and commercial customer loyalty strategy.
  • Driving revenue and enhancing business performance through effective loyalty schemes.
  • Collaborating with Marketing & Agency departments to optimise customer engagement opportunities.
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics related to customer loyalty and business performance.
  • Managing and mentoring a small team to ensure successful delivery of commercial objectives.

Profile

The successful Loyalty Performance Manager should have;

  • A strong background in managing commercial loyalty and/or partnership programmes.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence key decision makers.
  • Proficiency in analysing performance metrics and deriving insights; Power BI, SQL
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially with Marketing & Agency departments.
