This 12-Month FTC contract requires a commercial and analytical leader,with experience in driving the performance of loyalty or partner programmes within the cosumer, retail or leisure, travel and hospitality sectors. The successful candidate will lead a small team and be able to influence key decision makers.

Description
The successful Loyalty Performance Manager will be responsible for;
- Developing and implementing the comprehensive and commercial customer loyalty strategy.
- Driving revenue and enhancing business performance through effective loyalty schemes.
- Collaborating with Marketing & Agency departments to optimise customer engagement opportunities.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics related to customer loyalty and business performance.
- Managing and mentoring a small team to ensure successful delivery of commercial objectives.
Profile
The successful Loyalty Performance Manager should have;
- A strong background in managing commercial loyalty and/or partnership programmes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence key decision makers.
- Proficiency in analysing performance metrics and deriving insights; Power BI, SQL
- Strong collaboration skills, especially with Marketing & Agency departments.
