We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a company based near Chichester. You will have previous experience of working within a Customer Service Managerial role, leading a team to improve customer satisfaction, you will also play a key role in the implementation of CRM systems.
As a Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Team leadership and management
- Customer Service Operations
- Process development and improvement
- CRM implementation and workflow automation
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working as a Customer Service Manager, leading a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience of implementing new processes

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm and Fridays 8am to 12pm. The office is based near Chichester and is fully office based with working from home on Fridays paying a salary of up to 60,000 (dependent on experience).
