We are seeking a Lead Operator to oversee a key production area and help drive excellence in operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a group of machinery, processes, and people within the factory.
  • Oversee the daily production plan and ensure it aligns with company goals.
  • Train and develop multi-skilled operators, operators, and temporary staff.
  • Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Complete due diligence paperwork and monitor performance KPIs.
  • Lead Short Interval Control Meetings and end-of-shift reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Required: English Level 2 and FMCG experience.
  • Desirable: Supervisory experience.
  • A confident, proactive leader with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Commitment to health and safety, acting as a role model for the team.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Skilled at problem-solving and encouraging innovative thinking.
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed right the first time.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards, HACCP, and compliance practices.
