We are seeking a Lead Operator to oversee a key production area and help drive excellence in operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage a group of machinery, processes, and people within the factory.
- Oversee the daily production plan and ensure it aligns with company goals.
- Train and develop multi-skilled operators, operators, and temporary staff.
- Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Complete due diligence paperwork and monitor performance KPIs.
- Lead Short Interval Control Meetings and end-of-shift reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Required: English Level 2 and FMCG experience.
- Desirable: Supervisory experience.
- A confident, proactive leader with a "can-do" attitude.
- Commitment to health and safety, acting as a role model for the team.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Skilled at problem-solving and encouraging innovative thinking.
- Strong organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed right the first time.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, HACCP, and compliance practices.
