I'm looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to play a critical role in driving strategic decisions and commercial success across a growing business. If you have a passion for numbers, business strategy, and making real impact - this role is for you.
About the Role:
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will be the financial backbone of our commercial operations. You'll partner with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver data-driven insights, robust forecasts, and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial analysis and insights to support commercial strategy and decision-making
Partner with business units to build budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Analyse sales performance, pricing strategies, and customer profitability
Identify risks and opportunities, and present clear recommendations to leadership
Develop financial models to evaluate investment cases, pricing models, and strategic initiatives
Support month-end reporting and variance analysis
Continuously improve reporting tools and processes
What I'm Looking For:
Proven experience in a commercial finance, commercial accountancy, FP&A, or business analyst role
Solid understanding of financial principles and business strategy
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
