Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Administrator based in Chichester. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
- Assisting with meeting preparation, booking rooms and schedules, taking minutes and notes, preparing agendas
- Co-ordinating diaries for meetings, events and training, diary management for key stakeholders
- Processing purchase orders and invoicing, issuing receipts
- Update and maintain computerised records, uploading minutes to databases and supporting service delivery
The candidate:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong minute taking skills
- Previous experience in a public sector environment preferred
- Strong IT skills, preferably MS Office and SAP
