BramahHR are recruiting for a temporary Administrator, the role is supporting an organisation in all generalist administrative duties, along with undertaking the followingresponsibilities, this is a temp contract until CHRISTMAS

Responsibilities:

  1. Reception Duties:Provide a welcoming and supportive reception service to parents and visitors, consistently demonstrating a helpful, sensitive, and empathetic approach in line with school policies.

  2. Visitor Management:Maintain and monitor the visitor log, ensuring safeguarding practices are followed and that students arriving or leaving outside regular school hours are signed in or out appropriately.

  3. Communication:Manage all incoming calls and messages, ensuring accurate, timely distribution of information and prompt handling of queries.

  4. Administrative Support:Assist in a variety of administrative tasks to support general school office operations, including responding to external inquiries, coordinating with external agencies, organizing meetings, supporting school events, photocopying, maintaining stationery supplies, updating the school website, and performing other duties as directed.

  5. Financial Administration:Conduct general financial administration tasks such as cash handling, auditing supplies, and processing orders.

  6. School Newsletters and Communications:Assist in creating school newsletters and manage other reprographic tasks as needed.

  7. First Aid Support:Record and monitor incidents and injuries in alignment with school procedures, supporting the school's First Aid arrangements.

  8. Process Improvement:Contribute to the ongoing improvement of reception and administrative processes to enhance service quality and efficiency.
