A growing housing developer based in the South of England is expanding the sales team due to new developments starting up. This house builder is known for their high-quality homes and can offer progression to Sales Manager within 12 months due to their growth.
Job Duties:- Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available properties and guide clients through the sales process
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote new developments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Valid Driving Licence
- Experience in new build sales
Minimum of 2 years in a sales role either with an estate agents or Housing Developer
Knowledge and Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Understanding of the property market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This role involves working on-site at a new development, as well as in an office environment.
