Fire Alarm Engineer

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Fire Alarm Engineer for our client in West Sussex.  They are an independent company dealing with the installation and maintenance of Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Smoke Detection and Fire Extinguishers, in both commercial and residential properties across the South of England.

As a Fire Alarm Engineer you will be able to install, service and maintain a wide range of systems including conventional, wireless, and addressable Fire Alarm Systems.  You should also be able to install and service Emergency Lighting, Access Control, and Smoke Alarms.

A Fire Alarm Engineer should be knowledgeable about British standards in all fire safety areas and confident to make recommendations and quote for future works.

You should be able to work independently or as part of a team, possible with the ability to manage projects or an on-site team.  You should be able to demonstrate experience in the field, with fire safety alarm system installation and repair experience, including maintenance or testing.  Basic computer skills are also required.

The ideal candidate will have complete manufacturers courses and have BS5839 Qualifications.
