HR Manager required on a part-time basis to join a growing business in Chichester. Circa 200 staff, 40m TO.
Applicants should be local to Chichester, CIPD qualified with suitable HR management experience, a background in production or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
The Role
20 hours over at least 3 days per week on-site (or can be over 4-5 days)
Key responsibilities;
- Overall people and culture lead
- Implement business plans and vision
- Talent Management, L&D
- Managing a HR team of 3
- Recruitment
- Employment law expert
- Provide a strong supportive and consistent presence at all levels throughout the business
Requirements
- Previous HR manager level experience
- CIPD level 5 qualified
- Expert on UK employment law
- Forward looking mentality i.e legislation, business growth/change, complexity
