JGA are seeking a talented Payroll Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering outstanding payroll services.This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team of Payroll Administrators while working closely with our outsourced payroll provider, Dayforce.Key Responsibilities As our Payroll Manager, you will:
  • Mentor and support Payroll Administrators, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Manage payroll data accuracy and submission deadlines, performing pre-audits and checks before processing.
  • Oversee the relationship with our payroll provider, holding them accountable for quality and deliverables.
  • Drive efficiency by enhancing pre-audit processes, monitoring legislative changes, and auditing policies regularly.
  •  Ensure data integrity within Dayforce, approve configuration changes, and test system upgrades.
Must-Have Skills and Experience
  • 5 years’ payroll experience, ideally with Dayforce or similar bureau systems.
  • Advanced Excel expertise and strong technical skills.
  • Deep understanding of pension and auto-enrolment processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
