- Mentor and support Payroll Administrators, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Manage payroll data accuracy and submission deadlines, performing pre-audits and checks before processing.
- Oversee the relationship with our payroll provider, holding them accountable for quality and deliverables.
- Drive efficiency by enhancing pre-audit processes, monitoring legislative changes, and auditing policies regularly.
- Â Ensure data integrity within Dayforce, approve configuration changes, and test system upgrades.
- 5 years’ payroll experience, ideally with Dayforce or similar bureau systems.
- Advanced Excel expertise and strong technical skills.
- Deep understanding of pension and auto-enrolment processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
