My client is looking for a senior HR implementation lead for a 6 month contract

This role ensures that all HR and related processes are accurately and efficiently transitioned to the new Oracle Fusion system, meeting both business requirements and regulatory compliance standards.

Lead end-to-end HR implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Deliver input to strategy documents for data migration, testing, training and reporting.

Coordinate system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the HR system components and integrations function correctly and meets all specified requirements. Ensure that the integration between HR and other modules works as expected.

Experience within HR change and implementation is essential, with working knowledge of Oracle Fusion.

Project Management experience is desirable.
