Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Part 2 Qualified Architect to enhance the architectural department at Three Sixty Design Solutions.

This position is designed for Part 2 Qualified Architects with a degree of real world experience working on projects of various scales and are now eager to take on increased involvement in projects at all RIBA stages for large and small scale to further develop their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and refinement of architectural designs through all project stages.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to integrate sophisticated architectural solutions.
• Utilize top-tier architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to deliver detailed and precise construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met with innovative and functional designs.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Architecture, having completed Part 2 of the Architectural Qualification.
• 1 – 2 years of working experience post-part 2
• Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other pertinent design software.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead projects within a collaborative team environment.
