Futures Recruitment is seeking a confident and seasoned Senior Pensions Analyst to join a leading player in the employee benefit and pension market, based in Chichester. As part of their strategic expansion, they are on the lookout for a highly skilled professional to join their team on a full-time basis and take charge of ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.

As a Senior Pensions Analyst, you will be instrumental in leading process improvement, ensuring top-notch quality control, and maintaining company standards. Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of managing client relationships and budgets, while peer-reviewing complex tasks
  • Lead process improvement initiatives for clients and maintain quality control over calculations
  • Collaborate closely with the Administration Service Manager to drive process enhancement and efficiently manage errors and complaints
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for clients, regulators, and Trustee boards

Experience and Skills :

  • Extensive experience within the pensions administration field
  • Proven track record in process improvement and a profound understanding of complex administration tasks and calculations
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation abilities
