Our client is looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator to play a key role in their mission to revolutionise administration practices in the Employee Benefits and Pensions Administration sector. This Senior Pension Administrator role is full time and based in Chichester. There may be an opportunity for hybrid working.

If you have a solid grasp of member calculation processes, and various pension schemes, and are skilled in performing complex UK pension calculations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conducting complex pension calculations and contributing to client budgeting and process improvements.
  • Guiding junior colleagues and performing peer reviews of complex tasks.
  • Handling pension data entry, responding to enquiries, and communicating with clients and scheme members on complex queries.
  • Ensuring compliance with scheme rules and conducting checking activities to support team members.
  • Monitoring progress through MI reporting and dealing with errors, omissions, and complaints within specified timeframes.
