Overview

Customer Quality Coordinator | Up to £28,000 base salary | Chichester

In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with our Customer Quality Manager and Head of Technical to ensure we consistently deliver top-tier products and services that surpass our customers’ expectations. As a key player in our quality assurance team, you’ll work closely with various departments and stakeholders across the business, gaining valuable insights and making a direct impact on the quality of our offerings.

Nature’s Way Foods is the leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and “food-to-go” for retailers and QSR, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe. But there’s lots more to us than the products we make.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer-focused KPIs to drive performance improvement
  • Prepare professional, data-driven presentations for periodic customer reviews
  • Assist sites with resolving customer complaints and addressing specification check failure
  • Attend internal team meetings to represent the voice of the customer
  • Step in for the Customer Quality Manager by managing KPIs, customer calls, and periodic reviews as needed
  • Help coordinate and prepare for customer technical visits, ensuring a seamless, first-class experience where customers feel valued and prioritised
  • Ensure all technical communications are clear, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner
  • Share insights and identify issues through customer communications and data trend analysis, fostering continuous improvement across the business

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in a quality-focused role is essential
  • Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex data effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in delivering presentations
  • Proven ability to handle challenges calmly and professionally
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Proficient in using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
