Your Role:
As the Plant Area Manager, you'll manage the daily operations of the plant department. This includes overseeing stock, displays, and team management, ensuring that plants are cared for properly. You'll also assist customers, offering advice on plant selection and care while keeping the department running smoothly.
What We'll need from you:
- A knowledge or passion for different types of plants, including trees, shrubs, perennials, and indoor plants.
- Experience managing a team in a busy environment is desired.
- Good organisational skills for managing stock and displays.
- A focus on customer service and helping people with plant care.
- A proactive approach to managing the department.
