Accounts / office Administrator required to join a leading FMCG company based in Chichester, West sussex, on a full time, permanent basis. Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00 (flexible start - finish time). This position is predominantly finance based, however they need somebody who is happy to assist throughout the wider business, 50% finance based and 50% admin/sales administration. You will be working within a small friendy office and accounts team, within a well established company who manufacture their produce on site and distribute UK wide.

Accounts Administrator Job Overview

Using sage line 50 (experience is neccesary)
invoice checking and posting
sales invoicing and upload to banking portal
Raising invoices & credit notes
Processing sales and purchase orders

Providing first class customer sevice
Processing customer orders
Assist customers with queries and complaints
Work as part of a team to ensure customer requirements are delivered in line with agreed service levels
Follow through customer, supplier and other queries through from beginning to end as required.
Checking incoming deliveries against orders placed/invoices received
Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries via email and face to face when necessary
Placing orders with Suppliers



Accounts Administrator Job Requirements

  • Previous experience within an accounts department is essential
  • Accuracy and an eye for detail is essential
  • The ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Motivated and can work well in face paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills - including sage 50 experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Accounts Administrator Position Remuneration

24,000 - 30,000 per annum
09:00 - 17:00 (negotiable) and 1 hour for lunch
