Lettings Administrator Vacancy  

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Administrator who will assist and support the Lettings department of one of our award-winning clients in the heart of Chichester. 

This is a full-time and permanent role working Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays, in return, you will be offered a salary of £25,000 and a generous holiday allowance. 

As the Lettings Administrator, your responsibilities will be : 

  • Create a warm and welcoming environment at the front desk, ensuring that all customers and guests receive exceptional assistance.. 
  • Manage correspondence for the department including emails, post, and telephones.  
  • Engage with applicants throughout the lettings process, guaranteeing a seamless and positive experience for all involved.
  • Coordinating check-in and check-out appointments with tenants.
  • Data entry, updating records and databases.
  • Organise meetings, appointments, and viewings, as well as oversee property boards for maximum exposure..
  • Ensure flawless office operations by managing the inventory of office supplies and equipment.

Essential Experience and Qualifications : 

  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 
  • High-quality customer service skills,
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability receive and give extra help to your team when needed.
