About the Role:Are you looking for a part-time role where your expertise in payroll and benefits can make a real impact? As a Payroll and Benefits Partner, where your keen eye for detail, analytical skills, and passion for process improvement will be highly valued. In this role, you'll manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and enhance our employee benefits programs. With flexible working hours (25 hours per week).

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll management and processing, ideally backed by a CIPP qualification. Your expertise will be instrumental as we refine our HR processes and navigate change management initiatives.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems. Experience with process improvement methodologies will help us drive continuous progress.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective collaboration across HR and business unit teams.
  • A people-first approach, high levels of empathy, adaptability, and a focus on continuous improvement will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring full compliance with tax regulations, employment laws, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, adhere to data privacy regulations, and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline payroll and HR processes, using technology to enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT departments to ensure smooth integration of payroll processes with overall business operations.
  • Manage company-wide benefits programs, stay current with legislative changes, and actively contribute to the employee benefits project team.
