Finance Business Partner

Are you an experienced finance professional looking to make a real impact in a thriving educational environment? We are partnering with an education organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent part time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial planning and decision-making that supports the continued growth and success of the organisation. Ideally our client is looking to recruit this role on a 32 hour per week basis but they would consider as few as 28 hours per week.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Acting as a key finance business partner, providing expert financial advice and support to heads of department.
• Leading on financial planning, including annual budgets and five-year forecasts.
• Preparing and delivering monthly management accounts, providing insightful analysis and financial modelling.
• Supporting budget holders in managing financial performance, identifying risks, and maximising opportunities.
• Other ad hoc reporting where required.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Part-qualified CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent, (or qualified by experience).
• Proven ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence senior managers.
• Experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and management accounting.
