ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is looking for a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher for an Ofsted Excellent SEN Primary school in Chigwell, Epping
The School is an SEN School teaching Primary Aged students with Autism (ASD) of ranging learning ages. The ideal candidate will have Prior SEN Teaching Experience, be confident in their knowledge and ability to retain class focus.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location - Chigwell, East London
Position - KS2 Class Teacher
Type of work - Class Teacher - planning, preparation, marking, parents evenings etc
Contract or position start date - 18th November - ASAP
Duration / Likely Duration - End of academic year, Permanent Contract available upon review
Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary to Permanent
Full time/part time - Full time
Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP170 per day
Hours - 8:00 am - 3:30pm : Mon - Fri (term time only)
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
QTS or equivalent
Minimum 1 year Key Stage 2 teaching experience in the UK
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
SEN Experience Preferred but not needed
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
