An independent estate agency south of Loughton is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their growing team.
The position requires 5 days of work per week and offers a basic salary of approximately £18,000, with the potential for more for the right candidate.
The on-target earnings (OTE) exceed £35,000 and include a market-leading commission structure and quarterly bonuses for meeting targets.
Candidates must have sales negotiating experience, be team players, and possess a clean driving license along with their own vehicle.
This role involves negotiating offers, providing excellent customer service, arranging viewings, and managing client registrations.

Working days:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

Basic salary circa £18,000 - could be more for the right person
£35,000+ OTE (Uncapped)

Sales Negotiator requirements:

Sales negotiating experience
