A unique opportunity is available for a finance professional to join an established brand near Chippenham, supporting the Finance Director in managing a finance function for an SME with a turnover of approximately £20 million.
Key responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, assisting in financial account production, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, submitting VAT returns, and managing daily cash and bank reconciliations.
Candidates should be Part Qualified, Qualified by Experience, or Fully Qualified accountants with a background in Management Accounting or Finance Management, along with Sage 200 experience.
While group accounting experience is beneficial, it is not essential, and candidates must be willing to commute to the Chippenham office full time with free parking available.

Your new roleA unique opportunity to join an established brand near Chippenham, supporting the Finance Director with day to day oversight and management of the finance function of a circa. £20m turnover SME. Key deliverables will include:

Preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, board reporting, and cash flow forecasting
Assisting in the production of monthly and annual financial accounts
Review of monthly balance sheet reconciliation and P&L analysis
Submission of VAT returns
Daily cash management and bank reconciliations
Supporting the wider team and involvement in process improvements

What you'll need to succeed

Part Qualified / Qualified by Experience / Fully Qualified accountant with experience in a broad Management Accountant / Finance Manager position
Sage 200 experience or similar
Experience with group accounting is beneficial but not essential
Ability and willingness to commute to the Chippenham office full time - free parking onsite
