This company specialise in the sale and design of bespoke water treatment equipment for municipal and industrial clients. They are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Engineer to join their highly experienced team.
In this role the successful candidate will respond to customer enquiries about the company's equipment and follow up on quotations to ensure a good level of customer satisfaction. They will attend site to inspect equipment and provide service inspection reports while all the time promoting the company's solutions to help generate further business for the company. This role will be based out of Chippenham with travel across Southern England.
The ideal candidate will be a mechanical engineer with a hands-on background who is looking to progress into a customer facing role. They will have worked on industrial scale equipment within a relevant sector and hold an engineering qualification. They will also be commutable to Chippenham and be happy to travel across Southern England.
