Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
Latham & Bond HR are recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner on behalf of a global FMCG/Consumer Health business. This is a strategic role, reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), where you will act as a key partner to executive committee members across UK and global functions.
You will be responsible for shaping and implementing the people strategy, ensuring it drives transformational performance and organizational capability in line with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Adapt and align the global people strategy to meet country-specific and functional business needs, ensuring agility in HR delivery.
- Organizational Development & Design: Partner with senior leaders to optimize the operating model, ensuring it supports business objectives and strategic growth.
- Talent & Succession Management: Lead talent reviews, assess workforce capabilities, and implement succession planning to build strong leadership pipelines.
- High-Performance Culture: Coach and develop leaders at all levels, drive capability building, and enhance team performance.
- HR Metrics & Insights: Use data analytics and business acumen to influence strategic people discussions at the executive level.
- Core HR Processes: Oversee performance management, pay reviews, HR projects, change management initiatives, and corporate programs.
- Employee Relations Strategy: Manage policies, practices, and risk mitigation to foster a positive workplace culture.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR strategy, organizational design, and restructuring.
- Proven Leadership & Influence: Experience working with senior executives, demonstrating strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Change & Transformation: Expertise in leading change, driving organizational agility, and implementing HR initiatives that align with business priorities.
- Employee Relations: Strong background in managing complex ER cases, policy development, and risk mitigation.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Ability to leverage HR metrics and analytics to shape people strategies and drive performance.
