As Head Chef you will be responsible for leading a brigade of 8 chefs as well as writing menus utilising local produce for this popular property
As Head Chef you will be supported in continuing to win awards for the gastro pub as well as maintaining the pubs 2 AA rosettes
The successful must have worked in a similar establishment at a Senior Sous or Head Chef level where good quality, local, British produce is at the heart of the menu.
