Senior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this luxury hotel for a Senior Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food for the fine dining restaurant, Lounge Bar and high end functions. You must have worked to multi-rosette level or Michelin in a quality 4 or 5* Hotel. You will be a talented and confident leader who can deputise for the Head Chef.

The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs and Run Kitchen in his absence.
- Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service
- Strong Management skills
The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef in a luxury 4* or 5* Hotel or high end restaurant
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working to 3AA rosette or Michelin level
- Good attention to detail
- Ambitious and career orientated
