Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head Chef in day to day running of kitchen operation.
- Ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Supervising kitchen staff and maintaining a positive team environment.
- Monitoring stock levels and controlling wastage.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
