Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
- Helping lead a team of around five chefs, ensuring the smooth operation of the banqueting and lounge dining service
- Elevating the lounge dining experience beyond quick bites, offering high-quality, well-executed dishes
- Supporting the Head Chef with kitchen management, staff training, and maintaining high standards
- Taking advantage of excellent training and development opportunities within the group
