We are so thrilled to continue collaborating with a luxury hotel nestled in the breathtaking Cotswolds countryside. They are looking for an ambitious Chef De Partie to join their kitchen brigade in crafting a variety of showstopping dishes made with only the very best, seasonal ingredients.

You will have experience working in similar luxury establishments.

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie

  • Preparing a variety of high-quality dishes using modern methods, equipment, and the freshest ingredients
  • Supporting more junior chefs so that service and product delivery are consistent
  • Taking ownership of a section and ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure guests' expectations are exceeded through consistent service and product delivery
  • Showcasing good industry knowledge and working well under pressure
