Are you passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service? If so, a role as a Customer Service Advisor could be for you! There are 2x temporary positions available with the possibility of extension. Training provided.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking and managing customer orders via phone and email with care and accuracy.
  • Providing friendly and professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Informing customers of special offers and deals.
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data in our system.
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.
  • Brochure packing.

We Would Love To See

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important).
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfort with using computer systems and basic software like Microsoft Office.

  • The two roles are as follows: Saturday-Wednesday 9:00-5:00 (temporary-permanent opportunity) or Saturday+Monday 9:00-5:00 (temporary)
