Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with behavioural challenges, helping them to engage and stay focused in lessons.
- Build strong relationships with students, promoting positive behaviour and academic success.
- Work closely with teachers and staff to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
- Encourage students to thrive emotionally and academically.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and motivate students.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong ability to build rapport with students.
- A passion for working with young people and supporting their emotional and academic growth.
- Prior experience in education or working with students is a plus, but not required.
