What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils across the school, helping them reach their full potential.
- Assisting teachers in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Providing targeted support for children with mental health or special educational needs.
- Using visual and concrete learning resources to enhance understanding.
- Following guidance from teachers and the SENCo to deliver tailored support.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of students by upholding safeguarding policies.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Experience working in an educational setting or with children.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C or equivalent).
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently when needed.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting children.
