What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting pupils across the school, helping them reach their full potential.
  • Assisting teachers in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

  • Using visual and concrete learning resources to enhance understanding.
  • Following guidance from teachers and the SENCo to deliver tailored support.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of students by upholding safeguarding policies.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Experience working in an educational setting or with children.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C or equivalent).
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting children.
