We are seeking an Interim Finance Manager for a company based just outside Chippenham to manage financial operations, including payroll, ledgers, Sage 50 transactions, credit control, and cash flow projections.

Description
- Oversee payroll processes, including pension contributions and PAYE/NI calculations.
- Manage purchase and sales ledgers, ensuring accurate recording and timely payments.
- Handle Sage 50 transactions and reconciliations.
- Implement credit control measures and prepare cash flow projections.
- Manage banking transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Lead a small finance team and provide monthly financial reports to the Finance Director.
- Produce and analyse daily and weekly management information.
Profile
The successful Interim Finance Manager should have:
- Experienced finance professional with a strong background in payroll, ledgers, and financial reconciliations.
- Experience working with Sage 50 or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage a small team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to produce and analyse management information to support business decisions.
