Senior Finance Manager Responsibilities:
* Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing strategic insights to support business objectives.
* Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management, supporting decision-making and business growth.
* Ensure effective cash flow management, cost control, and risk assessment.
* Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies as required.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best financial practices.
Senior Finance Manager Requirements:
* Fully qualified accountant.
* Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a fast-paced or growing organisation.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
* Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
