Sushi Gourmet are looking for an ExperiencedFull Time Chef managerwho can support our teams in various Sushi Kiosks in Sainsbury's covering :

Chippenham , SN 140BJ

Bath , BA 1

Bristol , BS 3

This role requires you to have your own vehicle and mileage will be paid.

Able to work as part of a team or on your own whilst maintaining high standards at all times,

Excited to produce amazing high quality and sustainable food products

And have:

Experience in leading people, who can build confidence and capability in your team enabling them to succeed

Ready to work in a fast-paced environment whilst always leading by example

Pride in your work, constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning

A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.

Able to:

Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations

Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves

Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning

Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift

Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.

Be a skilled in multitasking who has experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take.

An early riser as shifts can start at 6 am some days

Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens and COSHH are Desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.
