Description

- Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Providing QHSE training and awareness programs to staff to foster a safety-conscious culture.
- Investigating incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve overall QHSE performance.
- Developing and maintaining systems for tracking and reporting on QHSE metrics.
- Staying abreast of industry developments and changes in regulations.
Profile
A successful QHSE Manager should have:
- A strong academic background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards gained in a manufacturing environment.
