Quality Assurance Manager 拢Competitive DOE + Benefits Chippenham area, Wiltshire. 聽 An exciting opportunity for an individual with Technical/Quality management experience, gained within a food manufacturing environment. 聽 Reporting to the site Operations & Technical Manager, the aim of this role is to manage and coordinate the on-going technical integrity of all processes and products produced, ensuring compliance to the Company's Quality Management System, for both own manufactured products and those sourced from third parties. The successful candidate will need to be confident in assessing and managing technical risks, to ensure all customer and site requirements are met. 聽 It is essential that you have experience within the FMCG, food or drink sector. 聽 Key Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager will include: 路Ensure compliance to the on-site quality management system to maintain BRC/GFSI accreditation 路Ensure goods in checks are completely accurately. 路Lead, motivate and develop the quality team 路Be a key part of the HACCP team, maintaining the site HACCP system for both products manufactured on site and those supplied by third parties 路Provide technical input and communicate the investigation and resolution of product non-conformities 路Manage and monitor customer complaints and investigations to comply with quality performance targets 路Undertake customer labelling development where necessary 路Assist with NPD and Process Development on new and existing products. 路Manage site environmental policies. 聽 QA Manager Qualifications and experience: 路Proven experience in the maintenance and development of BRC 路Experience of BRC site accreditation audits and customer visits/audits Benefits: 路Pension (4% matched) 路Life cover 2 times 路Holidays 25 days plus Bank Holidays 路Christmas and New Year off聽聽聽聽聽聽 聽 聽 聽聽 This role is commutable from Bath, Chippenham, Warminster, Devizes, Trowbridge, Swindon and may suit a candidate that has previously worked as a Quality Supervisor, Technical Supervisor, QA manager, Quality Manager, Quality Systems Manager, Technical Team Manager
