Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Chippenham, who are actively looking to recruit a Logistics Manager to join on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for managing and coordinating import, export, compliance and freight movements.
- Support supply chain and customer requirements in timely manner
- Working closely with internal departments to achieve business requirements and client satisfaction.
- Maintaining freight related invoices to maintain accurate cost allocation and Duty and VAT calculation
What you will need to succeed:
- Logistics background including booking shipment with freights (preferred)
- Have prior experience within manufacturing or distribution sector that specialises in global export.
- Knowledge of custom clearance
- Understanding the Inco Terms
- Experience in import and export administrative duties
What you will receive in return:
- Salary: 43,200 per year (includes annual bonus)
- Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-15:30
