Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30
Friday 08:00-15:30
Salary: 40000 per year with an 8% annual performance bonus
Main duties:
- Responsible for managing and coordinating import, export, compliance and freight movements.
- Support supply chain and customer requirements in timely manner
- Correct identification of hazardous goods and making sure they packed correctly
- Arranging shipment according client expectations
- Working closely with internal departments to achieve business requirements and client satisfaction
- Maintaining freight related invoices to maintain accurate cost allocation and Duty and VAT calculation
- Providing solutions and support to maintain high level of Compliance and Health and Safety.
Right candidate:
- Knowledge of custom clearance (2 years minimum required)
- Understanding the Inco Terms (2 years minimum required)
- Logistics background including booking shipment with freights (preferred)
- Have prior experience within manufacturing or distribution sector that specialises in global export
- Experience in import and export administrative duties
- Flexible and adaptive approach
- Strong negotiation skills
