Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of maintenance and engineering professionals, driving performance and developing technical capabilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance strategies to optimise equipment reliability and operational efficiency
  • Oversee capital equipment projects, technical investments, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean manufacturing principles and innovative technical solutions

Profile

In order to be considered you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering preferred)
  • Proven track record of technical engineering leadership, demonstrating ability to manage complex engineering teams and deliver transformative projects
  • Strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices, preventative maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across multiple organisational levels
