We are looking for a Pay Review/TUPE Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various key stakeholders and support our sites within hyper care. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential as you reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and produce financial reports. As a valued member of our team, you will with our commitment to continuous improvement, there are ample opportunities to expand your knowledge and expertise in Pay Reviews and TUPE administration.

This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation. The role will require an individual who is highly organised, and task focused. You will need to have excel skills and knowledge of Oracle payroll would be an advantage, but not necessary, as training will be provided.

This role is predominately homebased with the requirement to travel to meetings on an ad-hoc basis.

Salary: Up to £28,500 pa dependant upon experience

How will you contribute?

  • Support with TUPE in and out.
  • Be confident in feeding back to the business when Pay Review requests are incomplete/inaccurate.
  • Correct Oracle Payroll system based on feedback from site for TUPE or Pay Review amendments.
  • Basic understanding of Statutory payments.
  • Staying updated on changes in payroll regulations and guidelines, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure legal compliance.
  • Keep up to date processing documents along with version control and annual reviews based on any process amendments.
  • Key point of contact for all queries related to Pay Review/TUPE.

What will you bring?

  • You must have a strong understanding of excel, in particular/X Lookups.
  • Experience with Oracle payroll- desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of New Starter and Leaver processes.
  • You must possess basic knowledge of relevant payroll software and systems.
  • You should have good communication skills to effectively address payroll-related queries from all stakeholders.
  • We value attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations and reporting.
  • You must demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Have a basic understanding of how to manually calculate deductions from pay such as Tax and NI.
